Publication is a major activity of the Academy. AYOS brings out two annual publications every year viz. "Prachya Vidya"and"Yogayurveda".' Prachya Vidya' is published in the month of April during the annual National Conference and 'Yogayurveda' is published in the month of December during the All India Yoga-Ayurveda Seminar. In addition to these two, AYOS also publishes books either as a compilation of research articles written by various writers or as books written by single author. A News letter is published every month and is available only in the internet.

Prachya Vidya: It is an annual publication of the Academy. It contains all the lectures organised during the year and good research papers presented in the annual National Conference. Till date 7 'Prachya Vidyas' have been published.
